We’re proud to announce that Tony Balasubramanian has joined MacKay CEO Forums as our Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO).
With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of business and technology, Tony brings a wealth of global expertise in business transformation, digital strategy, and IT leadership. His appointment marks a significant step forward as MacKay continues to drive digital innovation across our CEO and executive community.
In his new role, Tony will lead our digital and information technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with MacKay’s broader business objectives. He will spearhead initiatives that enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and support scalable growth. Tony will also oversee the development and maintenance of a secure, modern IT infrastructure, implement effective data governance practices, and explore emerging technologies that elevate the member experience. In addition to his role as Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), Tony serves as a Forum Chair at MacKay CEO Forums, where he leads our inaugural peer group dedicated to CIOs and CTOs. This exclusive forum brings together senior technology executives from diverse industries to engage in high-level dialogue, share best practices, and collaboratively solve complex business and technology challenges. With his extensive leadership experience and deep understanding of digital transformation, Tony fosters a trusted environment where members can accelerate both personal and organizational growth.
