She also designed, developed, and has run the Entrepreneurial program for executives in transition at LHH Knightsbridge Human Capital Firm for 9 years, supporting executives to confidently prepare for and take their first steps into running their own consulting or coaching practices, providing them with a proven system for success. In her private practice as well as her work with LHH Knightsbridge, she has worked with over 1800 CEOs and executives to define, structure, launch, and build consulting businesses and hone their approach to business development.

When not working, Kim can be found spending time in nature, engaged in yoga and meditation, travelling, reading, entertaining friends and family with great music, food and wine, and watching the latest crime drama series on Netflix cuddled up with her husband Craig, their dog Izzy, and cat Jelly Bean.
