Gerard is a Principal at Ozone Advisory Group specializing in supporting high performance in board governance for private enterprises. In addition, Gerard is a Chair at MacKay CEO Forums where he contributes to populating the world with inspiring leaders by facilitating two executive peer groups based in Calgary.
He is himself a professional board member and a practicing corporate finance specialist. Gerard is ICD.D board certified and holds professional degrees as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator and his B. Comm (magna cum laude) from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax.
