Darcy Morgan

Darcy is a business professional and entrepreneur with 35 years of experience working for and building businesses that range from start-ups to global enterprises.

Most recently, Darcy was a founder, executive, and board member for Enerjet Airlines. Prior to retirement from full-time employment, Darcy was a key contributor to the transformation of Enerjet into Lynx Air – a national scheduled airline providing Canadians with inexpensive fares and friendly service coast-to-coast. Before that, Darcy was a key contributor to and founding investor of the launch of WestJet in 1996.

Darcy developed his enterprise-level skills while at IBM and then at SAP. During his 20 years with those exceptional brands, he was an award-winning sales executive, a business development leader, and a sales channel manager.

At his entry into the workforce, Darcy was an Emergency Paramedic with the Calgary Fire Department where he developed his empathy for the human condition and his skills for managing human factors. As a former first responder, Darcy is an active Board member for Legacy Place Society – a support organization for military, veterans, and first responders of all stripes.

Darcy is a proud graduate of the Haskayne School of Business where he was an awarded member of the Intercollegiate Business Competition Team. He lives in Calgary, near the cherished Rocky Mountains where he is a passionate skier.
