Welcoming Our First Chief Business Officer: Conan Graham

At MacKay CEO Forums, growth is more than a metric—it’s a commitment to continuously strengthen our impact across Canada’s executive landscape. As we expand our national footprint, grow our membership, deepen community connections, and evolve our strategic partnerships, we know that thoughtful leadership is essential to guiding this momentum. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new role within the MacKay central team: Chief Business Officer (CBO).

This role was created to support and accelerate our next phase of growth—focused on deepening engagement across our members, Chairs, and Advisors, identifying new partnership opportunities, and aligning long-term strategies for national expansion. The CBO will work closely with Founder & CEO Nancy MacKay and our broader leadership team to help shape the future of our organization. We’re pleased to share that Conan Graham has been appointed to this important new role.

Many in our community already know Conan. He joined MacKay earlier this year as an Advisor and quickly transitioned into a Chair role, bringing with him a deep sense of alignment with our values, along with a calm, strategic leadership presence. His background spans multiple sectors and leadership roles, making him uniquely qualified to help guide MacKay’s continued evolution. While the Chief Business Officer position is a fractional one, it reflects Conan’s growing commitment to our mission and his belief in the impact of this community. He will report directly to Nancy MacKay and work in close collaboration with our national team.

Please join us in congratulating Conan and offering your support as he takes on this expanded role. We look forward to the energy, insight, and clarity he’ll bring as we continue to grow together.
