New leadership appointments and promotions:

• Christina Thiele has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing & Communications, leading our marketing, brand, and communications strategy.
  
• Conan Graham, Chief Business Officer and Forum Chair, guides business development and growth strategies to expand our impact.
  
• Laura Vaughan, Chief Learning Officer and Ontario Regional Director, leads the design and delivery of world-class learning experiences for our Forum Chairs.
  
• Garrett MacKay joins as Controller, bringing financial expertise and a commitment to operational excellence.
  
• Devon MacKay joins as Chair Learning & Growth Lead, focused on supporting the learning and growth of our Forum Chair Community.
  
• James Pettigrew joins as Fractional CFO, adding depth and strategic financial leadership.
  
• Tony Balasubramanian, Chief Digital & Information Officer, drives technology innovation and digital transformation across the organization.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mike Schutz and Dave Dinesen, who will be stepping away from their roles.
