Laura Vaughan Advancing Her Leadership at MacKay CEO Forums as Chief Learning Officer

We are excited to share that Laura Vaughan is advancing her leadership at MacKay CEO Forums as Chief Learning Officer, where she will spearhead the development of a 1-year Chair development strategy and execution plan. In her first 90 days, Laura will focus on enhancing Chair development for first-year Chairs, rolling out Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness training across our Chair community, and updating our Chair Certification Scorecard to align with MacKay’s best practices. Alongside her role as Chief Learning Officer and her other role as Ontario Regional Director, Laura continues to foster growth, collaboration, and continuous learning within the MacKay community, while also chairing two CEO peer groups and one Executive peer group in Toronto.
