Ron Monteiro, CPA, CMA is an experienced business professional who has deep expertise in Finance and Leadership. He has a passion for building high performance teams and helping CEOs thrive and deliver sustainable industry leading performance.

Ron has 20 years of experience working as a Finance leader at top-tier companies in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry (Kraft, Campbell’s, and Kruger Products). He also served as the VP of Finance for a private entrepreneurial beverage company and established strong processes, governance, and principles in this role.

Ron has his own training, coaching, and consulting practice (KICT Inc.) where he trains individuals and teams on a variety of subjects (soft-skills, financial governance, high-performance teamwork). Ron is also a ‘Culturepreneur coach’ for Waterstone Human Capital and a facilitator for Clear Concept Inc.

Ron is based in Toronto, and is passionate about family, coaching, soccer, reading, learning, and travelling.
