Meet Michael Hayward
Michael Hayward is a Calgary-based CEO, Certified Executive Coach, and trusted Advisor with over 35 years of experience helping businesses evolve from good to great. He works with founder-led firms and established organizations to drive sustainable growth through customer experience design, go-to-market strategy, brand development, digital transformation, and revenue leadership. Throughout his career, Michael has held C-suite roles and led initiatives across strategy, planning, sales, eCommerce, marketing, and customer operations. He built a $300 million digital channel for the world’s leading luxury hotelier—an achievement highlighted by Harvard Business School—and created Canada’s largest live music venue inside an airport, transforming service quality and guest satisfaction. Whether online or offline, Michael helps businesses create memorable, high-impact experiences that set them apart and fuel long-term success. Meeting Locations
Michael’s forum group meets 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location which are hosted within Greater Calgary region.
