Michael Grand, P.Eng, is a professional engineer turned entrepreneur, turned leader of leaders. He made his way into his first business in 2012. Seeking structure and support to scale, he sought out peer support and a business system. With these tools, he gained the support and insight that helped him grow his company by more than 300% in under five years.
With his engineering background, Michael connected strongly to the systematic and logical frameworks provided through MacKay CEO Forums.  He resonated with the highest impact in the least amount of time that MacKay takes.

At Punchcard Systems, he leads a digital transformation studio dedicated to improving people, workplaces, and communities through innovative solutions. Throughout his career, Sam has co-founded and led several successful software startups, including Standard Field Systems, a software toolset designed for law enforcement; Wellnext, a workplace wellness platform; and Startup Edmonton, an innovation hub supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. Sam’s work reflects his commitment to using technology as a force for growth, innovation, and meaningful change.

Her core competencies include cash flow forecasting and management, financial reporting and analysis, and risk mitigation and compliance. She holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge.
