Meet Kim Tofin
Kim Tofin is a proud father of two remarkable young women, a passionate traveler, food enthusiast, and a lifelong seeker of quantum energy and personal growth. Deeply motivated by a desire to give back and leave the world better than he found it, Kim brings warmth, wisdom, and curiosity to everything he does.
His life was profoundly shaped by four years spent with his wife working and traveling throughout Africa and Asia—an experience rich in transformative encounters that continue to influence his outlook today.
With over three decades of experience in high-tech sales, marketing, and business development, Kim has navigated the highs and lows of a fast-paced industry. Throughout his career, he developed a sharp eye for what drives successful teams and a fascination with human behavior in collaborative environments.
In 2011, Kim began his coaching journey, taking a year off between roles to become a certified leadership coach. Although he later returned to the dynamic world of international sales and marketing for another ten years, he remained committed to his coaching practice—continuing to support leaders in a scaled-back capacity while sharpening his own insights and approach.
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kim holds an ICF Coach Certification credential and is a Core Practitioner of the ICF-accredited Presence-Based® Coaching methodology. He is also a graduate of the Team Coaching Fundamentals Program, the Team Coaching Certificate, and the Team Coaching Diploma from the ICF and AC-accredited Team Coaching Studio (TCS) in London, UK.
Kim works with clients and teams primarily in corporate high-tech organizations, institutions, and across all levels of government—bringing a depth of experience, empathy, and practical insight to help them navigate complexity, build trust, and thrive in today’s evolving leadership landscape.
Kim's Group Overview
Kim is deeply passionate about helping people and organizations move forward. He coaches CEOs and executives, helps leadership teams level up their performance, and runs workshops and speaking engagements on topics such as leadership, productivity, high performing teams, and ownership mentality.

Kim leads and mentors several Forum Groups of executives and CEOs to help them resolve their biggest challenges.

Meeting Locations
Kim’s forum group meets 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location which are hosted within the Greater Ottawa region.
