Meet Kim Chernecki
Kim is a top-rated sales performance executive, facilitator, coach, advisor, speaker, and business strategist.
Her natural affinity for business development and facilitation bodes her well as a highly regarded trusted advisor. She has her finger on the pulse of what CEOs and Executives need as we all navigate the ever-changing business landscape.
Kim is a 25-year entrepreneur who has worked with executive decision makers in 100+ leading North American and Fortune 1000 companies, including BMO, Manulife, Empire Life, Sun Life, CBC, ADP, and many more. Additionally, Kim has helped start up and grow 10 businesses and business divisions.
She designed, developed, and has run the Entrepreneurial program for executives in transition at LHH Knightsbridge Human Capital Firm for 9 years, supporting executives to confidently prepare for and take their first steps into running their own consulting or coaching practices, providing them with a proven system for success. In her private practice as well as her work with LHH Knightsbridge, she has worked with over 1800 CEOs and executives to define, structure, launch, and build consulting businesses and hone their approach to business development.
When not working, Kim can be found spending time in nature, engaged in yoga and meditation, travelling, reading, entertaining friends and family with great music, food and wine, and watching the latest crime drama series on Netflix cuddled up with her husband Craig, their dog Izzy, and cat Jelly Bean.

Kim’s forum group meet 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location which are hosted within Greater Toronto.
