Meet Keri Drennan
Keri Drennan is a Professional Engineer with over 24 years of progressive leadership experience in large, integrated corporations. She attributes her success to building relationships and shifting cultures and paradigms. Keri is passionate about engaging and inspiring people to think outside the box, which led her to establish Impact Leader in 2018. This venture focuses on transforming leaders and engaging teams by developing self-knowledge, building rapport, valuing diversity, and co-creating results.
In addition to her engineering credentials, Keri holds a certificate in Project Management and has extensive experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, and strategy development. Her expertise includes integrating cultures through transformative leadership and change management, successfully transitioning teams through various mergers and acquisitions.
Keri also serves as a business advisor, coaching entrepreneurs to develop their unique value proposition and business plans. Her ability to relate and hold people accountable has contributed to her success in this role.
Keri lives in White Rock, BC, with her husband of 30 years. If the sun is shining she can be found at the local Pickleball courts. Family and friends are of utmost importance and there is always a plan in the works to travel with them.

Keri’s forum group meet 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location which are hosted within Greater Vancouver.
