John Dathan is a seasoned business executive with over three decades of leadership in the technology sector, specializing in infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and security. He has a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering strategic value for stakeholders.

His career includes leadership roles at Nortel Networks, Juniper Networks, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he consistently led business expansion and operational excellence. Since 2018, John has served as Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Insight Canada, leading transformative initiatives to solve complex business challenges.

John is known for his people-first leadership style, deep industry expertise, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
