Steve has the unique combination of CEO experience in a global business intelligence company and Executive Leadership & Mentor Coach expertise.
He focuses on developing future-fit leaders through his global coaching practice, The 18th Camel Ltd., and, as a Partner & Head of Faculty, he trains Leaders as coaches through The Henka Institute(headquartered in Luxembourg), an International Coach Federation-accredited program.
He also co-authored the book Conversation Secrets for Tomorrow’s Leaders.
Steve is a Canadian and British citizen born in Dubai, fluent in French, and educated around the world.
