Since leaving Crowe MacKay in 2015 to start his own adventure, Ryan has acted as CFO for multiple companies and worked with many business owners and CEOs. Ryan has represented owners in selling their company, taken a company public via IPO, raised over $100M in funding as CFO, and helped grow companies in the businesses he advises.
Ryan has worked in manufacturing and distribution, technology, real estate development and construction, engineering, cannabis, investment funds, family office environments, and other small business. These businesses have ranged from start up companies to $40M+ in annual revenue and $20M+ annual EBITDA; from a lean team of 3 consultants to 100 person payroll; and together constitute almost $200M+ in annual revenue and $1.3B in enterprise value.
