Mike brings a wealth of experience to this role, having built, owned, and operated over 25 hospitality-related businesses over the past 20 years. Known for his dynamic and authentic leadership style, Mike has been a key part of the MacKay community, helping CEOs and executives develop strategies, grow their businesses, and build exceptional cultures.
