Meet Noelle Leemburg
Noelle is an accomplished speaker, trainer, facilitator, and Fortune 500 sales leader. She founded her first training business in 2003 and then quickly expanded internationally to post-secondary institutes in Singapore and Canada. She has since worked with diverse industry sectors across N. America. Over the past 20 years, she has honed her expertise in sales leadership, process design, and customized training programs.
Noelle has an innate gift in connecting with people and uses this to inspire individuals to achieve higher levels of performance. Direct yet empathetic, authentic, and results-focused, Noelle consults with Sales Organizations to help them shape their processes around the buyer journey to speed up sales cycles, improve customer retention, and increase speed to revenue.
Her company, bSavvy, Inc., offers a suite of learning and development assessments including DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) used to support organizations in talent selection, improving communication, and personal and professional development.
Certified in The Leadership Nexus Assessment, Noelle provides workshops, presentations, and coaching to leaders and their teams, helping them to understand how to align their thoughts and actions for the strategic requirements of their position and level up in their careers.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton University. Outside of work, Noelle is passionate about the outdoors, whether it’s skiing and challenging the slopes with her son, hiking, paddling, or golfing with loved ones. A traveler, and foodie at heart, she also enjoys cooking, playing games, and continually expanding her knowledge.
