Meet Oliver Baezner
Oliver is an accomplished entrepreneur, keynote speaker and executive business coach with an established track record of helping companies deliver outstanding results. As a coach Oliver is comfortable working with clients at the Executive and Management levels to develop and implement proven business concepts, which are guaranteed to generate positive results and returns. He also works with employees to help them achieve superior performance in their jobs and careers.
Oliver spent over 25 years in leadership and management roles with some of Canada’s largest corporations including Energizer and Shoppers Drug Mart and he is the former Vice-President of Calgary’s own Big Rock Brewery. He has worked with a variety of well-known clients, including an NHL Hockey Team, as well as executives, business owners and their teams in dozens of industries.
In addition to his extensive coaching and leadership development work, Oliver is a Managing Partner with global search firm AltoPartners specializing in Executive Search with a focus on Senior Executive, Board and C-Level searches.
He is also the co-founder of 100 Men Who Give A Damn, a Calgary non-profit Society of like-minded men who raise money for local charities. The organization has experienced exponential growth, with over 51 chapters of men and 92 chapters of People, Men, and Kids across North America with an impact of over $10 Million raised for local community charities.
Oliver lives in Calgary and has five children, with only one still residing at home. When he is not working, he enjoys meditating, spending time in the Rocky Mountains and camping.

Christine McIver

Christine holds certificates in non-profit management and fundraising from the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy and Mount Royal University. A CFRE since 2002, she's a member of AFP and CSAE, with 25+ years in the non-profit sector. In 2016, she received an honorary doctorate from the University of Calgary.
Toni-Marie Ion-Brown
General Manager, Calgary Petroleum Club
Toni-Marie began her hospitality career at the Calgary Petroleum Club in 1990 as a food server, quickly rising to supervisor the same year. In 1999, she became the Club's first female Food and Beverage Manager. She advanced to Assistant General Manager in 2015 and was named General Manager in 2017, leading the Club through a major multi-million dollar renovation.
