Vered Levant is the Founder and CEO of VIMY HR, an Alberta-based HR consulting firm that works with founders and leaders of growing businesses across Canada. VIMY HR operates as an embedded HR operations team, building the practical people infrastructure that lets leaders scale without losing their culture or their footing.
With CPHR and SHRM-SCP designations and over a decade at the intersection of people operations and business performance, Vered brings real-case insight to the decisions that quietly shape how a business grows: when informal management stops working, what good hiring infrastructure actually looks like, and how to build a team that runs well without the leader being in every room.
