About Tony
In 25 years of consulting, Tony has successfully completed over two hundred consulting initiatives – providing strategic and implementation guidance for a wide variety of industries and sectors, with clients from smaller private companies to global organizations. Through effective people strategies, his focus is always on ensuring employees are informed, engaged, rewarded and aligned to the organization’s goals. He has worked with a wide range of organizations on strategy, change, engagement, compensation, roles, structure, staying focused and performance. Tony has served on the boards of Human Resources Professionals (HRPA) and NFP, led an HR tech company, and served as an adjudicator on a national learning awards program. He currently chairs two MacKay peer-learning forums of Chief HR Officers of a cross section of organizations from 500-8,000 employees. He has presented at a variety of forums, is an Executive in Residence in Ivey’s HBA program and teaches compensation at the University of Toronto.
