About Sarah
Sarah is a senior communications strategist who works with CEOs and executive teams on the moments that matter most — leadership transitions, transformations, system rollouts, culture shifts, and the initiatives that have to land or the business pays for it. She works across industries — pharmaceuticals, healthcare, business services, manufacturing, global consumer brands, and the not-for-profit sector — and brings more than twenty years of in-house executive experience inside complex global organizations.
Her signature question — “What if that weren’t true?” — pushes leaders to test their assumptions about why teams are stalling, why strategy isn’t translating into action, and why the same messages keep producing different results across the organization. Executives leave Sarah’s sessions with sharper diagnoses, specific next steps, and language they can use the next morning.
Available to travel for in-person engagements in Ontario and the Maritimes. Virtual delivery available across Canada and internationally.
