About Oliver
Oliver is an accomplished entrepreneur, keynote speaker and executive business coach with an established track record of helping companies deliver outstanding results. As a coach Oliver is comfortable working with clients at the Executive and Management levels to develop and implement proven business models, which are guaranteed to generate positive results and returns. Oliver spent over 25 years in significant leadership and management roles with some of Canada’s largest corporations including Energizer, Canadian Tire, and Shoppers Drug Mart. He has worked with a variety of well-known clients, including an NHL Hockey Team, as well as executives, business owners and their teams in dozens of industries. He helps people and organizations “Breakthrough to Great!” ®
In addition to his coaching work, Oliver leads workshops on a variety of topics, including strengthening team communication, building true resilience, and fostering a culture of appreciation in the workplace. His approach centers on authenticity, helping individuals and teams show up more genuinely in their interactions, while drawing on a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies, grounded in his years of study and practice in various forms of mindfulness and meditation.
Oliver has been published in multiple industry magazines and is a contributing author to the book “With Excellence”, where he introduced his Leadership Excellence Triangle, a breakthrough framework for leadership excellence. He has also piloted an online business radio show called “Ask the Coach” and currently hosts “The Calgary Business” podcast. Oliver leads and mentors Forum Groups of executives and CEOs to help them resolve their biggest challenges across various industries.
Oliver lives in Calgary and has five children. When he is not working, he enjoys movies, traveling, especially spending time in the Rocky Mountains, and making the most of time with family and friends.
