Jonathan Hess is a corporate advisor with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, fundraising, and business development. A former Director in Investment Banking at Scotia Capital, he has led and supported a wide range of transactions including IPOs, M&A, and strategic advisory mandates.
He also brings an entrepreneurial perspective as a business founder. Jonathan holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.
