About Grant
Grant Wallace has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, having managed divestiture and M&A transactions spanning a range of industries. His primary focus is to work with owners of private companies on the sale of their business.
Prior to joining Fort Capital Partners in 2022, he led CIBC’s Mid-Market Investment Banking practice for BC and worked at Ernst & Young in Corporate Finance (M&A). Grant is a CFA Charterholder, a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen’s University.
As a MacKay Speaker, he covers topics including M&A market updates, planning for the sale of a business, avoiding pitfalls when selling a company, valuation in an M&A process, and the acquisition and corporate development process.
