Dominic Chow is currently Head of Operations for Technology Risk Assurance at BDO Canada, where he is transforming how the firm takes a risk-managed approach to assessing how technology impacts the risk of material misstatement of client financials. His work focuses on improving the quality, speed, and insights provided by the firm’s auditors to clients through necessary talent development, creating added value at every stage of the audit process, and building towards a future where auditing looks very different from what it does today.
With a career spanning strategy and organization effectiveness consulting, investment banking, and enterprise transformation, Dominic has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer at Ventum Financial and Consulting Director at Deloitte Canada. Across these roles, he has worked at the executive level to align strategy, operations, talent, and technology—ensuring organizations can move from ambition to sustained performance.
