Bio
Tracey is a consummate entrepreneur and lifelong learner known for her dynamism and energy. She is best known as the CEO and founder of Bridgehead Coffee in Ottawa which grew to include more than twenty community coffeehouses, a landmark roastery, central kitchen, and wholesale and online channels before its sale in 2020. Previously, she was also Program Director of a bespoke management and leadership development program for engineers and scientists for Ottawa-based technology companies. She holds an MBA and was also a Fellowship in International Development Management recipient with the Aga Khan Foundation of Canada (AKFC).
She has extensive voluntary experience as a Director, including with the Community Foundation of Ottawa, the Ottawa Climate Action Fund, Ottawa Riverkeeper, Ecotrust Canada and Shorefast. She is an advocate for people, community and culture and makes use of a people-centred approach in her facilitation, coaching and leadership training. While with Bridgehead, she was often recognized as a business leader and in 2025 received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Ottawa Board of Trade and Ottawa Business Journal.

Meeting Locations
Tracey’s forum group meets 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location, which is hosted within the Greater Ottawa Area.
