    Bio

    Natalie is a forum chair, executive coach, and succession management consultant. She has over 25 years of executive development experience working with entrepreneurial Founders to Fortune 100 clients and she is Managing Partner of CEO Next Chapter.  She has coached and advised some of the top CEOs in Canada to design their next chapter and develop their CEO succession and talent pipeline.   

    During her time at Mackay CEO Forums, she has chaired up to five CEO Groups including the Social Purpose CEO Forum and multiple groups for CEOS with $500M to over a billion in revenue.  

    Natalie is the author of: Your CEO Succession Playbook: How to Pass the Torch so Everyone Wins and the e-book:  Reimagining CEO Reviews: From Performance to Partnership.  She is on the board of Wavefront Center for Accessibility and Foundations for Social Change.

    Natalie has a Masters in Organizational Leadership and a degree in Psychology, and she is certified in multiple coaching programs. She is currently studying conflict resolution and governance. One of her hobbies is co-creating Forum Retreats with Nancy and hiking the trails in Vancouver.
