    Michael Grand, P.Eng, is a professional engineer turned entrepreneur, turned leader of leaders. He made his way into his first business in 2012. Seeking structure and support to scale, he sought out peer support and a business system. With these tools, he gained the support and insight that helped him grow his company by more than 300% in under five years. With his engineering background, Michael connected strongly to the systematic and logical frameworks provided through MacKay CEO Forums. He resonated with the highest impact in the least amount of time that MacKay takes. Today, Michael champions MacKay CEO Forums as chair and enjoys facilitating a space where business leaders committed to growth, accountability, and long-term success can find powerful tools for their growth and the growth of their businesses.
