    Fraser Engel is a seasoned human resources and business consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders and business owners build high-performing organizations. He is the founder and owner of Mindworks Consulting Ltd., a firm specializing in strategic HR advisory, executive coaching, talent management, and fractional human-resources services designed to align people, performance, and potential for sustainable growth.

    Fraser is also connected with MacKay as an advisor supporting executive leadership development. Known for integrating behavioural science, assessments, and practical coaching into his work, he helps organizations optimize talent, strengthen leadership, and achieve measurable business results.

    Fraser’s Group Overview

    Fraser is deeply passionate about helping people and organizations move forward. He coaches CEOs and executives, helps leadership teams level up their performance, and runs workshops and speaking engagements on topics such as leadership, productivity, high-performing teams, and ownership mentality.

    Meeting Locations

    Fraser’s forum groups meet 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location which are hosted within the Greater Vancouver Area.
