Bio

Chris Wiersma is a Harvard-trained executive coach, fractional executive, and business advisor with over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership with PNL responsibilities. He has guided numerous teams and leaders to achieve remarkable results through a structured and effective approach. As a facilitator at MacKay CEO Forums, Chris leverages his extensive knowledge and proven strategies to create impactful sessions for CEOs and executives. Utilizing insights from behavioral and organizational psychology, Chris identifies and addresses the hidden reasons why most strategic plans fail. He is an expert in the four major roadblocks to execution and employs goal conflicts analysis to help leaders and teams bridge the gap between their current performance and their actual potential.

Chris specializes in assisting mid-size entrepreneurial firms as they navigate critical growth thresholds where past paradigms are no longer adequate for the next layer of growth. Drawing on Marshall Goldsmith’s insight that “what got them here won’t get them there,” Chris leverages his deep understanding of these critical transitions to provide tailored advice and strategies that drive sustainable growth. Chris is also a dedicated father of three teenagers and an accomplished endurance athlete. He regularly places at the top of his age category in Ironman competitions, marathons, and ultra-marathons.
