Shawn Johnston is a tech entrepreneur, agency owner, and growth strategist with over two decades of experience in design and digital innovation. With 20+ years in design and 14+ years in web development, he has led the launch of more than 600 websites, helping businesses build impactful digital presences and scale effectively.

As the founder of Forge and Smith, Shawn built a highly respected WordPress and digital strategy agency, growing it from a single-person startup into a scalable, high-performing business. He later co-founded Refoundry, a low-code site builder platform designed to eliminate development bottlenecks and improve efficiency for agencies.

Today, Shawn focuses on helping agency owners scale smarter through productization, low-code adoption, and operational efficiency. He is the creator of the Vibe Agency Maturity Model (VAMM), a framework that guides agencies from early-stage hustle to fully optimized, scalable operations.
