Patricia is the CEO of Puimac Consulting Ltd. and a seasoned governance consultant with executive and general counsel experience in pension asset management and renewable power (Maple 8, TSX/NYSE-listed). She currently serves on the boards of the BC Passenger Transportation Board, Clean Prosperity, Project Change Foundation, and a local community centre. A former director of a private infrastructure transportation company and past chair of an in-house counsel association, Patricia is open to corporate director roles and brings deep expertise in governance, legal strategy, and leadership.
