Bio
Ken has spent over two decades guiding more than $100 billion in transactions, playing a key role in financing landmark acquisitions, scaling lending platforms, and growing fund capital through trusted investor partnerships.
Much of his career was spent at TD Securities, where he led the Real Estate Corporate Banking group across Canada and the United States. Under his leadership, the high-performing team expanded the portfolio to $10 billion, working closely with real estate investment trusts, pension funds, and private equity sponsors. A notable career highlight includes leading the $3.6 billion financing for the largest public real estate merger and acquisition transaction in Canadian history.
Most recently, Ken served as Senior Managing Director and Equity Partner at Institutional Mortgage Capital, a real estate debt and equity fund manager with over $3 billion in assets under management and administration. In this role, he led capital strategy and investor growth across three active funds, successfully growing new fund capital by building long-term relationships with institutional and family office investors.
