An entrepreneur at heart, Humza pursued his long-time ambition by founding Talent Edge, a boutique talent advisory firm, following a decade of experience across both corporate and agency environments. Previously, he played a key role at Nicola Wealth, one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies with $16 billion in assets under management, where he helped attract top-tier talent nationwide. Prior to that, he worked in executive search at Boyden, a top 10 global search firm.
