Colin works with ambitious software businesses, primarily in B2B SaaS, fintech, and financial services, when the future is uncertain and the path forward is complex. As a strategic operator, he brings the discipline and leadership needed to drive strategy, growth, and execution in roles such as COO, CRO, and Head of Strategy.
Currently, Colin is Managing Director and Principal at Build Better Business Co., where he helps organizations navigate complex challenges, including restructuring, developing and executing growth or turnaround strategies, preparing for an exit, entering new markets, scaling fintech products across new geographies, raising capital, evolving from a scrappy startup into a scalable and professionalized business, and managing mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration.
