Bio
Brad Offman is a seasoned leader in purpose-driven business and philanthropy, serving as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Greater Purpose, a community and platform that supports purpose-centred professionals and organizations in creating meaningful impact through collaboration and shared learning. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Spire Philanthropy, a consultancy that specializes in strategic corporate-charitable partnerships and philanthropic advisory services.
With a strong background in philanthropic strategy and community investment, Brad has held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Philanthropy at Mackenzie Investments and President of the Mackenzie Investments Charitable Foundation. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Development at the Toronto Community Foundation, giving him deep experience in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
