Fraser Engel is a seasoned human resources and business consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders and business owners build high-performing organizations. He is the founder and owner of Mindworks Consulting Ltd., a firm specializing in strategic HR advisory, executive coaching, talent management, and fractional human-resources services designed to align people, performance, and potential for sustainable growth.
Fraser is also connected with MacKay CEO Forums as an advisor supporting executive leadership development. Known for integrating behavioural science, assessments, and practical coaching into his work, he helps organizations optimize talent, strengthen leadership, and achieve measurable business results.

Fraser’s forum groups meet 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location which are hosted within the Greater Vancouver Area.
