Paul is a highly organized and focused senior IT professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering products and services on time, on budget, and with a strong commitment to quality. He brings over 27 years of international experience in the IT industry.

His expertise includes more than 15 years working with project management frameworks, 15 years implementing IT Service Management processes based on the ITIL framework, and 15 years leading Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, testing, and execution. Paul also has 10 years of experience applying Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies based on the BABOK framework, along with 8 years of experience in IT governance methodologies and processes.
