Eve is the Manager of Community Operations & CRM at MacKay CEO Forums, where she supports the operational infrastructure, systems, and data that enable the organization’s growing community of Forum Chairs, CEOs, Executives, and Business Owners.

Eve brings experience across operations, client success, digital strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Prior to joining MacKay CEO Forums, she served as Director of Operations within the digital marketing industry, where she was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, strengthening internal processes, leading cross-functional teams, and supporting the systems and workflows required to scale client service and organizational performance.

At MacKay CEO Forums, Eve focuses on community operations, CRM and data management, process improvement, and the strategic use of AI and automation. She is passionate about simplifying complex processes, improving how teams use information, and building systems that enable greater efficiency, collaboration, and impact.
