Bio
Neil James is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and high-performing team builder. He has founded and sold two award-winning companies, and he continues to help other entrepreneurs and business leaders shine as a business coach, strategic investor, and Board of Directors stewardship. His experience has taken him from the trenches to the boardroom, and Neil’s energy and guidance help navigate his clients through complex challenges and opportunities, while maximizing the strengths and potential they already possess to drive personal growth and organizational excellence. Neil has a rich history of charity and volunteer work across 3 continents, including Board Director roles, governing committees, youth development charities, and community mentoring. His passion is helping people design and live successful, fulfilling lives through effective communication, no-nonsense coaching, and healthy teamwork.
Neil’s Group Overview
Neil is deeply passionate about helping people and organizations move forward. He coaches CEOs and executives, helps leadership teams level up their performance, and runs workshops and speaking engagements on topics such as leadership, productivity, high performing teams, and ownership mentality.
Meeting Locations
Neil’s Forum Group meets 7 times per year. Each member hosts the meeting at their preferred location, hosted within Greater London, Ontario Area.
