About Kim

Kim specializes in “Teamship-Infused Leadership”— the transition from individual excellence to a collective strategic advantage. He facilitates a shift in mindset for CEOs and senior teams, moving them away from the “soloist” burden toward a culture of co-elevation and radical collaboration.

His approach is grounded in a four-decade career spanning global high-tech sales, executive leadership, and complex project delivery, including a successful consulting partnership in Japan. This breadth allows him to act as a translator between technical specialists and executive generalists, ensuring that dialogue remains both rigorous and human centric.

As a Forum Chair, Kim co-creates high-trust environments where CEOs and C-Level executives can pressure-test strategies among diverse peers who have no agenda. These spaces are governed by a distinct philosophy: nothing to fix; no unsolicited advice; nothing broken. Instead, members leverage shared lived experiences to navigate the professional and personal complexities of high-level leadership. The intent is to move the group from polite conversation to transformative vulnerability, where every member is fully committed to the best version of their organization, their family, and themselves.

Kim holds an ICF-accredited Team Coaching Diploma from TCS London, UK and an Executive Leadership Coaching Certificate from Presence-Based® Coaching. His academic background includes a BMgt from the University of Lethbridge, an IET-Eng from SAIT, and a post-graduate EO/GIS Advanced Technology Diploma from COGS, Nova Scotia.
