His entrepreneurship learnings began at 14 years old selling mangos on the streets. Since then, he has thrived from his own and shared learnings by CEOs, Presidents, and others he has worked with.
Working as a Jr. Sales Representative upon graduating from BCIT in 2000, he progressively grew into various Executive Leadership roles with 3 Fortune 500 organizations. In 2008, his entrepreneurial nature led to launching a successful import business that continues today.
He has proven know-how in Epitomizing Value Proposition models yielding amplified ROIs; Talent Development Leadership; Revenue & Income growth; and Change & Turnaround Strategic Management. In 2020, accepting to lead the turnaround of a 9-year unprofitable Canadian division despite facing a global pandemic, by YE 2021, the business had set an unprecedented 13-month positive trend, with 5.2% in ARR and a 4.3% OI ratio.
The passion in sharing his learnings and experiences towards others’ successes evolved into consulting for start-up and established businesses in Food Distribution, Health, Property Management, and Logistics industries; each attaining accelerated top and bottom-line growing trends. His fundraising activities inspired him to share his learnings with entrepreneurs associated with CMHA BC (Canadian Mental Health Association) seeking to persevere.
An advocate for women’s parity, he served as partner ambassador to WFF BC (Women’s Foodservice Forum, empowering women leadership) and as the first non-female co-Chairperson (2012-13).
Adrian is an avid skier, tennis, and guitar player. He is a father of two girls, residing in North Vancouver, BC.
